Ingredients
Beetroot - 3 grated
Lemon - 3(juiced)
Ginger Paste – Two tablespoon
Sugar - 250grams
Water – 3 cups Method
1. Cook the grated beetroot and orange peel with a cup of water then separate the juice and keep it aside.
2. Boil one cup of water with the sugar when it comes to boil then add the ginger paste and keep it aside.
3. Take the lemon juice in a mixing bowl then add the beetroot juice and the sugar syrup and mix well. When it becomes into the room temperature pour it into the squash bottle. It will be fresh for more than two weeks if kept in the fridge.
4. You Beetroot Squash is ready
