Easy and Crispy Masala Dosa

Oil -1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Chopped ginger -1 tsp
Chopped garlic -1 tsp
Beans cut into juliennes -2 tbsp
Green chilli -2 chopped
Carrot cut into juliennes -2 tbsp
Onion -half of a Medium size onion cut into strips
Salt -1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves -1 tbsp
Potatoes - 2 medium sized boiled
Water -1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves - A bunch chopped
Roasted Peanut -2 tbsp
Method(for masala)-
Heat a pan and pour 1 tbsp of oil and add 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
After the seeds popped out add ginger, garlic, beans, chilli, carrot, onion, salt, turmeric powder, curry leaves and then add potatoes then proceed to mash it.
Then add half cup of water and mix it
Add a bunch of chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp of roasted peanut and mix it well.
The masala is now ready
For Dosa-
Wheat Flour -1 cup
Curd(natural yogurt)-2 tbsp
soda bicarbonate -1/4 tsp
salt -1 tsp
water -1and 1/2 cup
Mix all ingredients together and keep it aside for ten minutes
After ten minutes heat a flat pan and pout one or two spoon of dosa batter
Spread it on the pan in a circular motion
When it starts to become dry, pour a teaspoon of butter or oil on the dosa and keep it on a low flame
when it is ready, put some masala on it and fold it halfway.
Masala Dosa is ready now
