How to make Chicken and Rice Soup/Chicken Curry Rice Recipe/Chicken Kanji/Ramadan Special/Porridge

Chicken Cut Into Small Pieces -1 Cup(200g)

Ginger -1 Tbsp(crushed)

Garlic - 1 Tbsp(crushed)

Pepper Powder -1 Tsp

Salt -1 Tsp(as per taste)

Turmeric Powder -1/2 Tsp

Mix all ingredients Together


Butter -2 Tbsp

In a pan heat butter and fry the chicken till it becomes tender


Chopped Ginger -1/2 Tsp

Chopped Garlic - 1/2 Tsp


Fennel Seeds Crushed -1/2 Tsp

Fenugreek -1/2 Tsp

garam masala -1/2 Tsp

Tomatoes - 2 Medium Sized Chopped

Carrot - 1 Chopped

Beans -150g Chopped

Green Chilli - 2 Chopped(as per taste)

Basmati Rice - 1 Cup(washed and soaked for 30 mins)

Water - 6 Cup

Salt - 1 Tsp(as per taste)

Put all ingredients with chicken and cook for 20mins/ In a pressure cooker until the first whistle


Cashew Nuts(Roasted) - 50g(crushed)


Mix with the cashew nuts and serve the meal while hot
