How to make Egg Bajji (Ingredients)

Ingredients-

egg -2

onion chopped -2 tbsp

ginger (chopped) -small piece

chilli -1/4 tsp

turmeric -1/4 tsp

crushed coconut -1/4 cup

salt -1/4 tsp

oil -1 tsp(to spread onto the pan)


Step 1- In a mixing bowl take all ingredients and mix well. Then cook it in a frying pan like an omelette.


Step 2 (ingredients)-

Besan flour/Gram flour - 1 cup

rice flour - 3 spoon

chilli powder - 1/4 tsp

turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

garam masala - 1/4 tsp

salt - 1/4 tsp

water - 1/2 cup

Mix all ingredients together


Step 3-

Oil- Enough to fry.


Cut the egg into small pieces and dip it into the batter, then fry in the oil till it is cooked.
