Easy Egg Fried Rice (Ingredients)

One cup of Basmati Rice cooked

Egg -4

Carrot Chopped - 4 tablespoon

Onion Chopped - 4 tablespoon

Cabbage Chopped - 4 tablespoon

Pepper - 3/4 tablespoon

Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon

Salt - to taste(3/4 tablespoon)

Oil - 4 tablespoon


Method-

1)Heat a pan add 4 eggs, a quarter teaspoon pepper and salt, stir fry and keep it aside.

2)In the same pan heat, two tablespoon oil then add chopped onions, cabbage, carrot

2 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder and salt.

3)When it is cooked add egg and rice then mix well.

Easy and tasty Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
