Indian Independence Day Special Dosa (Ingredients)

For Dosa-

Dosa Batter- 2 cup

Salt -half teaspoon


For Filling-

Carrot - 2 grated

Onion – A quarter piece(chopped)

Spring Onion –4 stems chopped

Coriander Leaves-A small bunch chopped

Chili Powder - Half Teaspoon

Salt - quarter teaspoon


For Chutney-

Blueberries -25

Grinded Coconut- half-cup

Cumin Seeds - half teaspoon

Ginger - a small piece

Green chilli – 1

salt – quarter teaspoon



Instructions-

1. Take the grated carrot and chopped onion in a bowl and mix it with chilli powder and salt.

2. In another bowl take the chopped spring onion and the coriander leaves and mix it with salt and chilli powder and keep it aside.

3. Now mix the Dosa Batter with salt then heat a pan, pour some of the batter and spread it evenly then put some of the carrot and onion mixes on the top then the coriander and spring onion mix at the bottom.

4. To make the chutney take the blueberries, ground coconut, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli and the salt in a mixie jar and grind it without adding water then put some chutney at the centre of the Dosa.
