Rice Pudding Recipe - Easy Rice Pudding Recipe. A very tasty Rice Pudding
Ingredients-
Rice - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Condensed Milk - 8 tablespoons
Vanilla essence - 2 tablespoon
Double Cream - 300ml
Milk - 500ml
water - 2 cups
Flaked Almonds- 1/2 cup
Cherries - 1/2 cup
1. Crush rice into small pieces with your hands.
2. Heat a saucepan and cook the rice with water.
3. When the rice is 70% cooked add milk and sugar. Stir occasionally until it has a thick consistency, add a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
4. When it becomes thick switch off the stove and spread the rice pudding in a container and keep it in the freezer until it sets.
5. When the pudding is set take it out of the fridge and keep it aside.
6. Now whip the double cream, condensed milk and a teaspoon of vanilla essence to get a creamy consistency, spread it on the pudding.
7. Garnish with desirable nuts and again keep it in the fridge till it sets.
