How to make Simple Vanilla Cake/ Simple Icing Sponge Cake/Stove Top Cake

Ingredients-

Maida(all-purpose flour,plain flour)-1 cup

egg yolks -two

Oil -1/2cup

water -3/4cup

Vanilla essence -1tsp

sugar -1cup(condensed milk 4tbsp)

baking soda -1/4 teaspoon

baking powder -1 teaspoon

desiccated coconut -3 tablespoon

beetroot juice -3 tablespoon

Method-

1)Mix egg yolk, oil, water, sugar(condensed milk) and keep it aside.

2)Combine baking soda, baking powder and plain flour (maida, all-purpose flour) and mix everything together.

For cream (ingredients)-

vanilla essence -1 tablespoon

egg white - from two eggs

sugar - 1/2 cup

beetroot juice - 1 1/2 tablespoon

Method (for icing)-

1)Take these ingredients and put them into a bowl

2)Place it on a pot of boiling water and mix it till the sugar dissolves completely

For garnish (ingredients)-

Desiccated coconut - 1/2 cup

beetroot juice - 1 1/2 teaspoon

Garnish (method) - Mix together and decorate the cake as you wish
